What to include
- A bug or wrong result: the search you ran (copying the page address is easiest, since it includes your search), what you expected, and your device and browser.
- A missing or offensive word: the word and why you think it should be added or removed. We use a public-domain word list and make changes sparingly, but we do consider every request.
- An accessibility problem: what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use.
- A privacy request: see the Privacy Policy for what we hold and what we can do.

Many questions about how searches work are answered in how to use the finder and the FAQ on the home page.
We don’t offer answers to specific daily puzzles by email, and we don’t accept paid links or guest posts.
