How to use the Scrabble word finder
- Type your tiles in any order. Use
?for each blank tile. - Add board letters (optional). If you want to build off a word already on the board, put those letters in Starts with, Ends with or Contains. They’re added to your tiles, and every result will include them in that position.
- Pick a length or leave it on “All lengths”. Results are grouped by length, longest first, and sorted by score. Tap a word to copy it.
How the points are counted
Each word’s number is the face value of its tiles. A blank tile scores zero, so when a word needs a letter you don’t have, the finder counts it as a blank and leaves its points out. Premium squares (double and triple letter or word) depend on where you play, so they aren’t included. In the standard game, using all seven tiles in one turn earns a 50-point bonus on top.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the official Scrabble dictionary?
No. The finder uses ENABLE, a public-domain word list close to the North American tournament list, plus extra dictionary words from SCOWL. Words can differ from the official lists (and from Collins, used in many other countries), so check your game’s dictionary if a word is challenged.
How do blank tiles work here?
Type ? for each blank. A blank can be any letter but scores zero, and the finder’s points already take that into account.
Why aren’t premium squares included?
They depend on exactly where you place the word, which the finder can’t see. Use the points as a guide to which tiles are worth the most, then look for a double or triple square to put them on.
